Discord Appeal Guidelines

You may appeal a Discord ban by opening a SMPS Ban Apppeal Ticket in our bans Discord server.

Important Notes:

• You may only appeal your discord ban in the SMPS Bans Discord server, NOT the main Discord.

• You may appeal for a friend only in SMPS Bans, to talk about there behalf, if you are denied, that decision is final.

• If your ban is DNU (Do Not Unban), you are permanetly ineligible to appeal the ban or request to be unbanned. No exceptions will be made.

Minecraft Appeal Guidelines

You may appeal a Minecraft ban by opening a Ban Appeal Ticket in our main Discord server.

Important Notes:

• You may only appeal your own ban. Appeals submitted on behalf of other players will not be considered.

• If you were banned by the Anti-Cheat system and believe the ban was false, you must provide a clip showing what you were doing leading up to the ban. Appeals without evidence will not be accepted, unless it's clearly a false flag.

When submitting your appeal, please include:

• Your Minecraft Username
• Proof of the punishment (e.g., a screenshot of your ban/mute message)
• Your reasoning for why the punishment is unjust
• A clear explanation of why your punishment should be removed
